My friend, Tom, commissioned this painting of his two dogs for his partner's birthday.

At first look, I thought it was a real dog. But when I look at it closely, I realized that it was a painting and I was amazed by it in an instant! The materials that were used looked high class. In my own personal opinion, I prefer the oil at canvas painting. It gives a totally different appeal to us, that  is why, I always end up amazed by the painting!

    I'm a painter / retired labor and delivery nurse in St. Louis, Mo.Area. 

    I've been married to my High School Sweetheart for 45 years, Have a son and a daughter, Love summertime, beaches and swimming pools, and love vintage stuff.
    I've been a painter for a very long time, but am always learning. 
    I've studied with Carolyn Anderson, Bryce Cameron Liston, T.J. Cunningham , Colley Whisson,  Kim English, Peggy Kroll Roberts, Derek Penix and the Late Charles Sovek.
     I'm a member of the American Impressionist Society, Oil Painters of America, Missouri Valley Impressionist Society and The Portrait Society of America.
